I always buy in bulk.

Becky

I buy in bulk a lot too. One top tip that I do have is that if you bulk buy meat, make sure you separate it into portions before freezing it. And yes, I'm speaking from experience. Thanks to my charming partner telling them all, the staff in our local cash & carry now know me as the "chisel lady". Felt like a proper idiot.

Otherwise, make sure you look at your own household. Online guides are good to give you a general idea but there's no universal set of rules for bulk buying.
